The Competition Arena upgrade directly benefits four Cal Poly sports teams and fans alike. This project sets an elite tone when our indoor competing teams battle in home conference play.
Cal Poly Athletics raised $750,000 to upgrade Mott Athletic Center’s Competition Arena to benefit Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball and Wrestling. This not only sets our athletes up for success against the competition, but facilitates our supporters in a comfortable and visually pleasing way. The Mott Athletic Center Competition Arena could not have been executed without our dedicated Cal Poly Athletics supporters, including our area supporters, parents and alumni.
